Young explorers are invited to a scavenger hunt in Washington Square Park! Children ages 5-12 will search for interesting plants, hidden architectural details, and important historical landmarks, learning fun facts along the way. Teams with the greatest number of discoveries will win prizes.

A light snack will be available for children in attendance. This event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required. An accompanying adult should be ready to hunt along with young explorers.

The Washington Square Park Scavenger Hunt is a collaboration between the Washington Square Park Conservancy, the Center for Architecture, and NYU.
